Refund / Return Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with TELUS products purchased through MasterCom.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect products, even if payment has not yet been completed.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of activation/delivery in original condition and packaging.
2. Refunds / Payment Handling
- If a customer has not yet paid, the order will be canceled or adjusted.
- If payment was made after activation, refunds are processed according to TELUS policies.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same product may be offered if approved by TELUS.
- For warranty-related issues, TELUS service terms apply.
